In 2020, I had the pleasure of receiving the 1st prize for Tourism Ambassador in Greater Carcassonne! I was particularly touched by this mark of recognition from tourism professionals. It symbolizes, I think, my desire to promote all the nuggets of our Territory (and there are many!!) but also my belief in the importance of cooperation between the various players in the Aude. My involvement in the Coeur d'Occitanie project is part of this drive to offer you a destination that's better connected, better organized and even more welcoming.

The Gîtes de France label is one of my favorites. It's part of my family tradition, as my grandparents were members over 40 years ago. And for me, this label represents authenticity, a sense of rural hospitality, and a real demand for quality. So you'll understand that it was very important for me to obtain 5 "épis", the maximum classification. By choosing this recognized label, I also hope to help set new standards in decoration and prestige.

The Cercle Prestige de l'Occitanie is perhaps the most misunderstood label, but also the most exciting for me! It's an honor to join the leading tourist sites and accommodations in this great and beautiful Occitanie region. L'écrin de la Cité is part of an exceptional approach and offers you an exceptional vacation setting.

It's hard not to talk about wines and vineyards in our beautiful Aude department! Our territory boasts no fewer than 10 Appellations d'Origine Contrôlées, each with its own character, linked to the immense diversity of landscapes, soils, climates and grape varieties.
